Increasing web or blog traffic by writing title tag for two audience

The audience of our blog or web site is 2: Real Visitor (Human) and Search Engine. So when we write a post/article we have to write the title tag for that two audience: for human and bot of search engine.
How to do that?
First:we can write the title and the entire article/post till finish.

Second: When we finish writing article we can go to Overture.com or WordTracker or KeywordDiscovery, to find and see if there are phrasing or ordering that can better help us to target "searched for" terms.

So after we finish writing, better for us to not write the title tag directly, we better go to keyword research like Overture, WordTracker and KeywordDiscovery to find the better title tag.
